Jon Reynolds, Sr.
Nicknames: R.C., Foghorn Leghorn
Specialties: Driver coach & suspension set-up
My dad and I teamed up in 2008 to race together (finally) and it’s something I have really enjoyed. He had a great career as a driver and I’m proud to drive his stuff. At the track, it’s great having him on the radio during the race, coaching me with lines and what’s ahead.
Jimmie Meyers
Nickname: Spinny
Specialties: Engine & chassis design and spotter
Jimmie and I hooked up full-time in 2007 and have since won a ton of races and 2 championships. He brings to the team the skills of a highly qualified engineer. He’s also intense and meticulous, which I think is why we get along so well. From a spotting standpoint, he is very good at reading a race.
Josh Dahlberg
Nicknames: Muddy, Saturday
Specialties: Body work and jack-of-all-trades (but master of none)
Josh and I have known each other since the mid-80s when we were kids playing with diecast cars in the mud, eating pizza and watching race tapes every Friday night while our dads worked on race cars together. Josh is outstanding under pressure on a Saturday night at the track, and I can always count on him to make sure I get back on the track if there are problems early in the night.
Andy Germann
Nickname: Handy Andy
Specialties: Engine maintenance, bookkeeping
Andy was our rookie in 2009, after it took me 2 years to talk him into helping us out. He is at the shop anytime he is needed, and he’s very dependable and an incredibly hard worker. On Saturday nights, he’s our note keeper and lap timer. He is learning very quickly what it takes to win.

Mikey Bilderback
Nickname: Shoe
Mikey is always around our shop, he loves turning wrenches on our cars and is somebody that I’ve always enjoyed helping in return. The best thing about Mikey’s help is that when we turn the work lights off and play poker, he never wins, so it’s like he’s paying me to help me.
